摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在分析了数据策管过程和论述了学科馆员在数据策管工作中的优势之后，基于数据策管生命周期模型，从十个主要方面探讨了学科馆员可担任的角色及职责。认为学科馆员在数据策管生命周期的多个环节将发挥重要的作用，数据策管为学科馆员发挥特长和实现服务创新创造了良好机会，同时学科馆员也将面临着许多挑战。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the implementation process of data curation, and discusses the advantages of the subject librarians in data curation. Based on the Data Curation Life Cycle Model, it explores the roles and responsibilities the subject librarians can assume from ten perspectives. It then advocates that subject librarians can play an important role in many aspects of the data curation life cycle, and they will have a good opportunity to give play to their strengths and achieve service innovation, despite many challenges to be faced in the meantime.
