摘要：

在人工智能加速演进与第五科学范式逐渐成形的背景下,科研数据正由“ 副产品” 转变为“战略性资源”。本文聚焦科研数据价值链的结构性重构,并以AlphaFold 与Isomorphic Labs 为例,揭示人工智能在“ 人AI 双核心” 高端交流平台中的关键作用。本文进一步引入“ 多元智能(Polyintelligence)”概念,倡导融合人类智能、人工智能与自然智能,重构高端交流平台设计逻辑。文章最终提出未来高端交流平台应具备“活性知识系统” “ 人—AI—自然三元融合” 与“ 价值共创与动态调度”等核心能力,为构建人工智能时代科研基础设施提供理论与实践支持。

Abstract:

With the accelerating advances in artificial intelligence and the gradual formation of the fifthscientific paradigm scientific research data is undergoing a transformation from a by-product to a strategic resource. This paper examines the restructuring of the scientific data value chain usingAlphaFold and Isomorphic Labs as case studies to highlight the critical role of AI in the advancedplatforms for S&T information and communication. It further introduces the concept of polyintelligence which advocates for the integration of human intelligence artificial intelligence andnatural intelligence to redesign the logic underpinning these advanced platforms. This paper concludes byproposing that future advanced platforms for S&T information and communication should embody keycapabilities including active knowledge systems triadic integration of human AI and nature andmechanisms for value co-creation and dynamic orchestration offering theoretical and practical foundationsfor constructing research infrastructures in the AI era.
