国外公共图书馆阅读推广项目评估：定位和流程

摘要：

简要概述图书馆开展阅读推广项目评估的必要性及国内评估现状，通过文献调研、网站调查和内容分析法，梳理分析国外阅读推广项目评估相关的论文、报告及标准，提炼研究主题。重点介绍国外公共图书馆阅读推广项目的评估目标、评估内容、评估指标、数据收集、评估工具、实验方法等实施流程。总结经验与不足，进而提出国内项目评估的启发性对策，以期为推动我国图书馆阅读推广事业高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract:

The study briefly outlines the necessity of evaluating library reading promotion projects and the current status of domestic assessments. Through literature reviews, website surveys, and content analysis, it analyzes relevant papers, reports, and standards on reading promotion project evaluation abroad, extracting research themes. It focuses on the evaluation objectives, content, indicators, datacollection methods, evaluation tools, experimental methods, and other implementation processes used in the reading promotion projects in foreign public libraries. It summarizes their experiences and shortcomings, and then proposes enlightening countermeasures for domestic project evaluation.The findings aim to provide references for promoting the high-quality development of library reading promotion in China.
