基于Kano 模型的科学数据重用需求优先序确定

Determination of Priority Requirements for Reuse Scientific Data Based on Kano Model

摘要: 为探究科研人员对于科学数据重用的需求层次和需求优先序确定,从而提升数据重用服务能力、改善数据重用效果。文章系统梳理了科学数据重用现有相关研究,综合运用访谈法、专家咨询等方式确定14 个数据重用需求项,运用Kano 分析法,开展Kano 传统归类分析,混合类分析、满意度指数分析,对需求类型及其优先度进行确定。分析结果表明14 项数据重用需求项中数据可获得性等2 项需求为必备型需求,数据格式属于期望型需求,数据来源等5 项需求为兴奋型需求,数据背景等4 项需求为无差异型需求,数据质量等2 项需求为混合属性需求,并基于需求层次针对科学数据重用利益相关者改进重用服务提出建议和优化策略。

Abstract: The study aims to explore the researchers’ requirements for the reuse scientific data and to identify priority needs to enhance data reuse service capabilities and improve the effectiveness of data reuse. A systematic review of existing literature on scientific data reuse was conducted, supplemented by interviews and expert consultation, to identify 14 key data reuse requirements. Utilizing the Kano analysis method, combined with Kano categorization, mixed categorization and Better-Worse coefficient, the study categorized these requirements and established their priorities. The results show that among the 14 identified requirements, 2 (such as data availability) are must-be requirements, one (data rules) is a performance requirement, 5 (such as data sources) are attractive requirements, 4 (such as data background) are indifferent requirements, and 2 (such as data quality) are multi-attribute requirements. Based on these findings, suggestions and optimization strategies are proposed for stakeholders involved in scientific data reuse to improve reuse services.
