摘要：

内容与载体是划分资源类型的重要标准，对于识别资源有着重要意义。RDA 十分重视资源内容与载体类别的划分，新RDA 在继承原有规则的基础上，强调了RDA 内容与载体类型术语的编制依据，对资源的内容和载体类型进行了扩展，增加了“扩展计划”元素，明确了在RDA中提交新的内容和载体类型术语的方法与流程，彰显了RDA 的可扩展性。

Abstract:

Content and carrier are important criteria for classifying resource types and are of greatsignificance for identifying resources. RDA attaches great importance to the division of resource contentand carrier type. On the basis of inheriting the original rules, the new RDA emphasizes the compilationbasis of RDA content and carrier type terms, expands the resource content and carrier type, adds the“extension plan” element, clarifies the method and process of submitting new content and carrier typeterms in RDA, and highlights the scalability of RDA.
