负责任创新视域下图书馆实现可持续发展的要素框架

摘要：

自联合国《2030 年可持续发展议程》发布以来，国际图书馆界一直呼吁图书馆积极展开行动，推动可持续发展。负责任创新或能为图书馆助力可持续发展目标，实现自我革新提供指引。文章从理论和实践层面分别梳理图书馆与可持续发展目标及负责任创新三者间的内在关联，在此基础上，提炼出伦理层面的规范性、发展层面的长效性、用户层面的参与性3 个图书馆负责任创新的基本要素，并借助负责任创新的案例，探讨图书馆如何加快实现可持续的业务转型与服务创新。

Abstract:

Since the launch of the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, theinternational library community has been calling on the libraries to take actions to contribute to sustainabledevelopment. Responsible innovation may provide a systematic guide for libraries to help them realizethe SDGs and achieve self-innovation. This article examines the interrelationship between libraries,SDGs and responsible innovation at both the theoretical and practical levels. On this basis, the authorsidentify three basic elements of responsible innovation in libraries: ethical normativity, developmentalpermanence, and user participation. The article explores how libraries can accelerate sustainable businesstransformation and service innovation with the help of cases of responsible innovation in libraries.
