美国公共图书馆青少年特色服务分析及启示——以“博物馆和图书馆服务国家奖”为例

摘要：

公共图书馆开展高质量的青少年服务是助力青少年全面发展的重要环节。采用网络调查法和案例分析法，对2015–2022 年期间美国博物馆和图书馆服务协会表彰的20 所公共图书馆青少年特色服务实践进行分析并总结其服务特色，同时结合我国国情，提出对我国公共图书馆提升青少年服务水平的启示：重视空间建设，制定空间指南；改变服务理念，发展益智游戏；激励活动设计，创新服务模式；重视分级服务，定位特殊需求。

Abstract:

The high-quality youth service of public libraries is important to help teenager develop inan all-round way. Using the network survey method and case analysis method, this paper analyzes andsummarizes youth service characteristics of twenty public libraries recognized by the American Instituteof Museum and Library Service in the past eight years. In view of domestic situation, this paper proposesenlightenment for Chinese public libraries to improve the youth service level by attaching importanceto space construction and formulating space guidelines; changing the concept of service and developingpuzzle games; incentizing activity design and innovating service model; and paying attention to gradedservices and identifying special needs.
