摘要：

学术评价体系是营造良好学术生态环境、引领学术研究繁荣发展的重要风向标。本文对叶继元教授的专著《学术“全评价”体系论》进行评述，以供学术评价的研究和实践参考。本文从《学术“全评价”体系论》一书的篇章结构、内容特色、核心观点以及独特价值4 个方面进行分析评论。该书体现了中国特色，具有前瞻性、预见性和指导性，为构建中国特色学术评价体系提供了新的探索和经验。

Abstract:

The academic evaluation system is an important vane for creating a good academicecological environment and leading the prosperity and development of academic research. This paperreviews On the System of All-Round Evaluation of Research by Professor Ye Jiyuan to give reference forthe research and practice of academic evaluation. This paper analyzes and comments from four aspectsincluding the chapter structure, content characteristics, core ideas and unique value. This book is forwardlooking,predictive and instructive, and reflects Chinese characteristics. It provides new exploration andexperience for the development of academic evaluation system with Chinese characteristics.
