摘要： 本文以美国常春藤大学图书馆研究数据管理服务（Research Data Management Services，RDMS）为例，通过网站调查、文献研究、电子邮件咨询、电话访谈等方法，从服务组织、服务内容、服务方式3个维度进行调查分析。同时，针对国内高校图书馆RDMS的现状与问题，提出一些思路和建议：提高RDMS意识，制定研究数据管理的服务政策；加大对RDMS基础设施的投入，打造RDMS平台；明确服务目标，扩大RDMS服务范围；组建专家团队，提升RDMS服务水平。

Abstract: Taking the research data management services (RDMS) of American Ivy League University Libraries as a case study, this paper conducts an investigation and analysis of the service organization, service content, and service mode through website research, literature research, E-mail consultations, and phone interviews. Also, it puts forward some thoughts and suggestions to address the problems of RDMS in domestic university libraries: to improve awareness of RDMS and create research data management policies, to increase investment in RDMS infrastructure to build a RDMS platform, to clearly define the service objectives to expand RDMS service scopes, and to build an expert team to upgrade RDMS service levels.
