高校图书馆多元空间用户画像构建与分析——以武汉大学图书馆为例

摘要：

本文针对用户在图书馆空间中的行为模式及需求构建用户画像，为图书馆制定精准服务、创新服务策略提供依据。以武汉大学图书馆为例，根据功能、结构将图书馆实体空间划分为6 个类型，通过系统数据和问卷调查相结合，提取不同空间用户行为需求数据；通过频率分析、卡方检验对群体用户数据、各空间用户数据进行分析；通过云图对用户数据可视化，揭示用户特征，构建多元空间用户画像。构建了图书馆实体空间用户画像，明确了多元空间用户行为需求的一致性和差异性表现，为图书馆多元空间用户的精细化服务提供决策参考。

Abstract:

To develop user personas according to patterns of user behaviors and user needs in thelibrary space and to provide essential information for the library to create precise and innovative servicestrategies. Taking Wuhan University as an example, this study divided the physical library space intosix user types according to working function and construction structure. By analyzing data extractedfrom the library system and questionnaire surveys, this study extracted the users’ behavioral data andneeds in different spaces. Through frequency analysis and the chi-square test, this study analyzed eachuser group in each user space. This study also visualized users’ data through cloud images to revealuser characteristics and develop multi-dimensional user portraits. This study developed user personas indifferent library physical spaces and identified the consistency and difference of the behavioral needs ofusers in multiple spaces. Therefore, this study provided a reference for those libraries planning to providedetailed user services in different library spaces.
