摘要: 阅读推广可持续化发展机制需完善管理制度,作为实现创新的前提,创意管理是其中重要一环。本文通过总结阅读推广进行创意管理的目的:增强吸引力、避免同质化、保持专业性和推动持续性,分析各个领域中创意管理的关键性要素,提出图书馆应构建基于创意团队、创意氛围、创意渠道、创意制度和创意实现的阅读推广创意管理模式,为图书馆完善管理制度建设提供参考。

Abstract: We need to improve the management system for sustainable development of reading promotion, and creative management is an important part of engendering innovation. This paper summarizes the reasons for creative management of reading promotion: strengthening attractiveness,avoiding homogenization, maintaining professionalism and sustainability. It also analyzes the key elements of creative management in various fields. It then establishes a creative management model of reading promotion based on creative team, creative atmosphere, creative channel, creative regime and
creative realization. It provides reference for the construction of management system in libraries.
