摘要: 文章通过文献检索,从图书馆儿童数字阅读服务理论、技术及实践 3 个方面综述了国内 外的研究成果。学者们认为图书馆儿童数字阅读服务面临挑战,也蕴藏较大机遇;认为应利用 ICT 技术、社交媒体和 App 平台以及 AI 赋能图书馆儿童数字阅读服务,更有效地与儿童用户沟通交 流,为其提供个性化、多样化的数字环境与服务;认为图书馆应把好儿童阅读的数字资源采集关, 开发适合儿童阅读的数字资源,开展趣味性与教育性并举的数字服务活动,还应向家长等开展相 应的数字阅读教育辅导服务。此外,学者们还提出图书馆可通过与学校、社群网络协同的方式, 提供更多与教育相关的线上课程和作业辅导课程。建议后续研究应着重于以下方面:进一步挖掘 图书馆儿童数字阅读面临的各种挑战,并寻求图书馆为此解困之策;将研究视角更多地聚焦于 AI 赋能图书馆儿童数字阅读服务;研究如何拓展图书馆儿童数字阅读服务内容的深度与广度。

Abstract: The paper reviews children’s digital reading service in library at home and abroad from theoretical, technological and practical perspectives. Scholars believe that the children’s digital reading service in library is facing challenges, but also greater opportunities. They also believe that the employment of information and communication technologies, social media, digital platforms, and artificial intelligence could enable effective service delivery, customer communications, and customized provision of diverse digital environment and services. They consider libraries should be responsible for monitoring digital resource collection, developing materials suitable for children, carrying out digital reading activities with entertainment and educational meaningfulness, and providing parents with digital reading education guidance. Apart from that, scholars also encourage libraries to collaborate with schools and social network to provide more online courses and homework counselling courses. It is suggested for the subsequent studies to pay attention to the following areas: various challenges faced by children’s digital reading in library, the solutions to the library’s difficulties, the utilization of artificial intelligence for the purpose, and the methods for expanding and deepening the content of children digital reading service.
