生物酶在纸质文献修复中的应用研究

摘要: 传统纸质文献修复过程中常采用物理手段和水处理进行清洁和揭黏,但对于纸张破损严重和含油墨颜料字迹的文献而言,操作不慎容易损坏文献本身。生物酶可以催化加速黏合物的水解,较易分离被黏结的脆弱文献,减少物理损伤。本文针对α - 淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶等三种常用生物酶在清洁和揭黏应用中的国内外相关研究进行了介绍和梳理,并对生物酶的影响因素、应用效果、安全性等问题展开分析,以期为实际修复工作的开展提供指导意见和借鉴思考。

Abstract: Physical means and water treatment are often applied to paper cleaning and remounting during the process of restoration. However, when it comes to seriously damaged paper in ink or pigment, careless treatment can easily do harm to paper documents. Enzymes can catalyze the hydrolysis of adhesives, therefore, fragile documents would be separated easily with less physical damage. In this article, the related researches at home and abroad on the application of three common types of enzymes, namely, alpha-amylase, protease and lipase, in the process of cleaning and remounting are introduced, whereas influencing factors, application effects as well as safety of enzymes are analyzed in order to provide some guidance in actual restoration work.
