摘要/Abstract

摘要： ? 科学的情报流程有助于提高公安情报处理的效率和水平，但现有公安情报流程模型存在理论解释不足的问题，难以发挥指导实践的作用。本研究将控制论方法和观点应用于公安情报流程之中，通过重构和分析对现有模型进行优化，并从信息与控制视角研究公安情报流程的运行规律。借助控制论功能模拟方法构建公安情报流程模型，建立公安情报流程各环节和主体之间互动关系，分析公安情报运行中的流动、反馈和控制。对优化公安情报流程的启示在于，应通过控制信息来源和流动过程、加强主体间交流、运用反馈调节，实现对公安情报工作效能的提升。

Abstract: A scientific intelligence process helps improve the efficiency and level of intelligence performance. However, the existing police intelligence process model has insufficient theoretical verification, and falls short of guidance. In this study, the method and concept of cybernetics are applied to the police intelligence process to optimize the existing models by reconfiguration and analysis. The rules of the police information system operation are studied from the perspective of information and control. This paper, based on the functional modeling method, puts forward a police intelligence process model, and establishes the interactive relationship between each stage and the subject of the police intelligence. The flow, feedback and resistance in the operation of police intelligence are analyzed. It concludes that, by controlling the source, process, communication and feedback regulation, we can enhance the efficiency of police intelligence work
