Abstract: Bibliographic authority control is an important part of cataloging and plays an important role in library resource retrieval. Resource Description and Access (RDA) is a new resource description standard in the world. It is based on entity-relationship model and covers the entire authority control system. In the digital age, Chinese name authority data needs to be modified to describe attributes and reveal relationships better, and for more efficient retrieval.
