解读日本新编目规则中“作品”的概念及有关规则的变化

摘要/Abstract

摘要： “作品”是实现国际编目原则所提出的书目功能不可或缺的重要实体。NCR1987对“作品”的理解停留于概念性定义，难以准确识别“作品”，从而限制了其书目功能的发挥。NCR2018版参考了基于FRBR模型的RDA，完善了“作品”的概念性定义，并引入了RDA“代表作品的规范检索点”的设计，赋予“作品”清晰的操作性定义，从而达到准确识别作品的目的。

Abstract: “Work” is an indispensable bibliographic entity to achieve the objectives of catalogue proposed in international cataloguing principle. The definition of “work” in NCR1987 is confined at the conceptual level, which makes it hard to identify a work accurately. In contrast, NCR2018 takes RDA, which is based on FRBR, as reference to complete its conceptual definition of “work”. In addition, by introducing “authorized access point representing a work” from RDA, NCR2018 assigns “work” a clear
operational definition that helps to identify a work accurately.
