Abstract: Block-printed edition of the Ming Dynasty of Xuezheng Lu collected in Tianyi Pavilion was education regulation promulgated by Fujian education intendant Zhu Heng in mid-Jiajing. Xuezheng Lu is not only the unique copy in the world, is also known as the earliest Ming Dynasty separate book of
education regulation, has an important reference value for the study of Ming Dynasty school and official students’ examination, and be beneficial for the understanding of supervisor officers patrol, official notice system of operation in locality. The detailed records of the annual-test and the education intendant patrol,official notice are rarely seen in others that it has high literature value.
