Abstract:

Marginal reference book is a kind of rare and precious literature. In the context of wide coverage
of the Internet and digitalization, it retains great significance in terms of knowledge arrangement, data influx,
scientific material revealing, knowledge recommendation and origin clue query. By revealing its importance
in university teaching and researches, this article demonstrates the construction and management of this type
of resources. It also calls for better measures to improve the use ratio of marginal reference book.
