图书馆多源跨模态知识服务:内涵、模式及发展路径

摘要: 生成式人工智能应用拓展了图书馆的知识服务场景,数据要素流通推动了图书馆的知识服务内容繁荣,探索二者协同赋能图书馆多源跨模态知识服务实现,对图书馆知识服务的范式转变具有重要意义。本文从图书馆知识服务的主体、内容、场景三要素出发,尝试对图书馆多源跨模态知识服务的内涵、模式及发展路径进行探究。研究发现主体协同化、内容数智化、场景个性化是图书馆多源跨模态知识服务的重要内涵;人工智能与数据要素是图书馆多源跨模态知识服务模式的底层逻辑,多主体协同、多源化数据驱动和多场景应用是其知识服务模式的主要构成;人智分工、要素流通和数智融合是推动图书馆多源跨模态知识服务发展的重要路径。研究有助于优化人工智能在图书馆的应用,提高图书馆多源跨模态知识服务水平,且对后续研究具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: The application of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) has expanded the scenarios of library knowledge services, while the circulation of data elements has enriched their content. Exploring the synergistic enpowerment of these two forces to enable multi-source and cross-modal knowledge service in libraries is of great significance for the paradigm transformation of library knowledge services. Starting from the three core elements of library knowledge service, actors, content, and scenarios, this paper attempts to explore the connotation, models and development pathways of multi-source and cross-modal knowledge service in libraries. The findgings indicate that actor collaboration, content digital-intelligent transformation, and scenario personalization are the important connotations, whereas artificial intelligence and data elements are the underlying logic of such service. Multi-agent collaboration, multi-source data-driven mechanism and multi-scenario application form its primary structure. In addition, human-intelligence task division, element circulation and digital-intelligence integration are important pathways to promote the development of multi-source and cross-modal knowledge services in libraries. This study is conducive to optimizing the application of AI in library, improving the service level of multi-source and cross-modal knowledge services, and providing valuable reference for future research.
