功利与情感的双重失调:生成式智能搜索用户间歇性中辍行为研究

Dual Dysregulation of Utility and Emotion: A Study on Intermittent Discontinuation Behavior of Users in Generative Intelligent Search

摘要: 探究生成式智能搜索用户间歇性中辍行为的影响因素与形成机理,对平台吸引和留住用户,提高用户黏性有着参考作用。基于社会认知理论和认知失调理论,将生成式智能搜索体验失调划分为情感体验失调和功利体验失调维度,从个体先验认知因素和想象可供性环境因素角度出发构建用户间歇性中辍行为模型,采用结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果表明,生成式智能搜索中的内容整合失验和问答交互失验显著影响用户的功利体验失调,并进一步导致间歇性中辍行为,其中内容整合失验对中辍行为的影响更为显著;个体先验认知中的AIGC感知风险和效能期望显著影响情感体验失调,进而影响中辍行为。此外,功利体验失调通过情感体验失调的中介作用,间接影响中辍行为。

Abstract: The study explores the influencing factors and formation mechanisms of users' intermittent discontinuation behavior in generative intelligent search, offering reference for user retention and engagement on the platform. Based on social cognitive theory and cognitive dissonance theory, the generative intelligent search experience dissonance is divided into two dimensions: emotional experience dissonance and utilitarian experience dissonance. A model of users' intermittent discontinuation behavior is constructed from the perspectives of individual prior cognitive factors and the affordance environment. Structural equation modeling is used for empirical analysis. The results indicate that content integration failure and question-answer interaction failure in generative intelligent search significantly affect users' utilitarian experience dissonance, which in turn leads to intermittent discontinuation behavior. Among these factors, content integration failure has a more significant impact on discontinuation behavior. In addition, individual prior cognitive factors, such as perceived risk of artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC) and expected efficacy, significantly affect emotional experience dissonance, thereby influencing discontinuation behavior. Furthermore, utilitarian experience dissonance indirectly affects discontinuation behavior through the mediating role of emotional experience dissonance.
