透视数字人文视域下的智慧数据——英国图书馆智慧数据项目探析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文聚焦英国图书馆开展的智慧数据项目，通过采用网络调查、文献分析及电子邮件调查相结合的研究方法，对其项目实践进行系统性梳理。依据“数字化—数据化—智慧化”的演进脉络，将项目划分为3类并选取典型案例进行剖析，进而归纳出英国在智慧数据建设过程中呈现出的跨学科集成、跨界协作、人工智能深度融合以及图档博机构核心驱动等主要特征。基于上述特征分析，研究进一步从拓展研究范畴、构建协同生态、推进人工智能技术赋能、激发文化遗产机构潜能4个方面，为我国智慧数据研究与实践提出具有参照价值的启示。

Abstract: This study focuses on the smart data projects undertaken by UK libraries. By adopting a mixed-methods approach that combines web-based investigation, literature analysis, and email surveys, it systematically reviews the project practices. Following the evolutionary framework of “digitization-datafication-intellectualization”, the identified projects are classified into three categories, with representative cases selected for in-depth analysis. The study then summarizes key characteristics observed in the UK's smart data development, including interdisciplinary integration, cross-sector collaboration, deep integration of artificial intelligence, and the central role of cultural heritage institutions. Drawing on these findings, the research proposes four referential insights for smart data research and practice in China: expanding the research scope, building collaborative ecosystems, promoting AI-enabled technological empowerment, and unlocking the potential of cultural heritage institutions.
