摘要：

本文以主题图书馆建设为研究内容，以上海图书馆东馆法律主题馆为研究对象，采用文献调研、实证研究、比较分析等研究方法，对法律馆资源建设和开展主题服务情况进行分析并总结以个性化服务满足专业需求，以多样化活动助推普法阅读，以专业研究提升服务水平等相关经验，对建设过程中遇到的问题进行思考并提出加强专藏文献建设、丰富资源类型、开展社会合作、提升馆员专业素养、增强科研意识等相关对策。

Abstract:

This paper explores the practice and development of special-collection libraries, using theLaw Library of Shanghai Library East as a case study. Through literature review, empirical research,and comparative analysis, the paper analyzes the resource construction and related service of the lawlibrary, summarizing key experiences such as satisfying professional needs with personalized services,promoting legal literacy through diversified activities, and improving service quality through professionalresearch. It also addresses the problems faced by the library, and proposes relevant countermeasures,such as strengthening the construction of specialized literature, enriching resource types, fostering socialpartnerships, improving the professional competence of librarians, and enhancing scientific researchawareness.
