新一代信息技术环境下的阅读服务国内外研究综述

摘要：

梳理数智时代可应用在阅读服务领域的信息技术，调研国内外近3 年与新一代信息技术环境下的阅读服务相关的研究成果，为该领域的研究发展提供参考。利用CNKI 和Web of Science数据库分别对2019—2021 年国内外的相关研究成果进行检索，经过筛选获得目标文献294 篇，对其期刊来源和研究方法进行统计，并对研究主题进行分析与总结。总结出数智时代国内外阅读服务研究主题主要包括新一代信息技术环境下的阅读服务系统与平台、阅读服务内容与策略、阅读服务用户、阅读服务评价和阅读服务管理等5 个主题，在此基础上对国内外研究方向异同进行分析，并展望领域内未来的研究方向。

Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to sort out the information technology that can be applied inthe field of reading service in the age of digital intelligence, and to investigate the research results ofreading service related to the new generation of information technology environment at home and abroadin the past three years, so as to provide reference for the research and development of this field. In thispaper, CNKI and Web of Science were used to retrieve relevant research results at home and abroadfrom 2019 to 2021, and 294 target literatures were obtained through screening. The journal sources andresearch methods were counted, and the research topics were analyzed and summarized. This papersummarizes several intellectual times reading service research topics at home and abroad, including ina new generation of information technology environment of the reading service system and platform,contents and strategies of reading service, users, service evaluation and reading service management, etc.By analyzing the similarities and differences between domestic and international research directions, thispaper looks ahead at the future research directions in this field.
