Abstract: Regional integration is the only way to achieve high-quality development. This paper puts forward four characteristics of regional integration of public libraries, including the integrated layout of service system construction, the integrated promotion of document resources development, the integrated realization of basic service functions, and the integrated supply of reading promotion activities. Based on the main practices and relevant results of the implementation of the great improvement of public library services in Zhejiang Province, this paper summarizes some enlightenment of regional integration to promote the high-quality development of public libraries, which provides reference for the implementation of integrated development of libraries in other regions.
