科学数据引用：源起、问题与研究趋向

摘要：

科学数据作为重要的信息资源已成为学术引用的新对象，近年来国内外关于科学数据引用的研究取得重要进展。本文通过文献调研法、网络调研法等研究方法对科学数据引用的产生与发展过程进行梳理，归纳出已有成果的6 个主要研究问题：科学数据引用的主体及其责任、科学数据引用的对象、科学数据引用的技术、科学数据引用的标准规范、科学数据引用的行为及特征和科学数据引用与评价。最后建议在科学数据引用标准规范的深化、数据引用全流程的基础设施建设和数据引用功能开发方面加强研究。

Abstract:

As an important information resource, scientific data has become a new object of academiccitation. Through literature research and network research, this paper sorts out the generation anddevelopment process of scientific data citation. It then summarizes six main research issues of existingachievements—the subject of scientific data citation and its responsibilities, the object of scientific datacitation, the technology of scientific data citation, the scientific data citation standard, the behaviors andcharacteristics of scientific data citation, and the evaluation of scientific data citation. Finally, it suggestsstrengthening the research on scientific data citation standards, infrastructure of the whole process anddata citation functions.
