摘要：

图书馆作为重要的信息机构，新文科建设赋予了高校图书馆数字服务新的内涵与基本职能，新文科背景下高校图书馆数字服务应有明确的定位。本研究分析并阐释了数字环境下高校图书馆数字服务内涵，论述了新文科背景下高校图书馆数字服务基本职能及图书馆数字服务定位，新文科背景下高校图书馆应成为新文科数字资源、知识及数据服务中心和数字咨询中心、数字素养及数字能力教育与培训中心及跨学科数字学术服务中心，真正为新文科建设赋能，更好地服务于新文科跨学科研究及教学，并提出了新文科背景下图书馆数字服务新举措，图书馆必须在数字服务的内容、模式等方面有所新举措以回应新文科建设要求。

Abstract:

As an important information institution, college libraries are given new connotation andbasic functions for its digital service during the new liberal arts construction. A clear positioning is thusrequired. This study analyzes and explains the connotation of digital services of university libraries indigital environment, discusses the basic functions of digital services and the positioning of digital servicesof libraries in the background of new liberal arts. University libraries should become the service centerof digital resources, center of knowledge and data, center of interdisciplinary digital consultation, centerof education and training for digital literacy and digital ability, and center of interdisciplinary digitalacademic services. It also proposes new initiatives for library digital services in terms of content andmodels of providing digital services.
