摘要： ? 本文以2018年加拿大公布的《三方数据管理政策草案》、加拿大Portage Network和FRDR官 网公布的相关文件为研究对象，分析了该项政策的目的、特点、具体实施方案和相应基础设施的 部署情况。通过分析加拿大的政策和具体的落地措施，为推进我国科学数据管理政策的实践与落 地提出参考和建议。

Abstract: The paper takes the Tri-Agency Data Management Policy Draft released by Canada in 2018 and the related documents published on Canada Portage Network official website as the research objects, and analyzes the purpose, characteristics, implementation plans of the policy and the deployment of corresponding infrastructure. By analyzing Canadian policies and specific implementations, this paper provides some references and suggestions for promoting the practice and implementation of China’s research data management policy.
