摘要: 开放式教科书是开放教育资源(OER)的重要组成部分,美国的开放教科书计划由于高 校图书馆牵头领导建设、政府重视和投入、采用激励计划、注重教科书教学评估等措施,为国内 高校图书馆参与OER建设提供了重要启示。国内高校图书馆要做好OER的建设工作,可以从主动牵 头或领导OER建设、争取政府政策和资金支持、专项培养馆员的OER专业意识和协助做好OER的评 估4个方面着力。

Abstract: Open textbook is an important part of open education resources. The open textbook project in the United States provides important reference for domestic university libraries to participate in the development of open education resources (OER), thanks to their leading position, the government’s attention and investment, the adoption of incentive plans, the emphasis on textbook teaching evaluation and other measures. To do a good job developing open education resources, domestic university libraries need to take the lead as well, strive for government policy and financial support, train librarians’ OER professional awareness, and assist in the evaluation of OER.
