摘要/Abstract

摘要： 文章以2017年美国USNEWS大学排名的前10位高校图书馆为调研对象，从图书馆的宗旨、组织架构、馆员需求三个维度对美国高校图书馆的转型进行了调研和分析，以探究当前美国高校图书馆的转型实践，为国内高校图书馆转型的发展提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: Taking the top ten university libraries ranked by USNEWS in 2017 as the research target, this paper investigates and analyzes the transformation of the American university libraries from three perspectives, namely, mission, organizational framework, and librarian demands, in order to present guidance for the domestic university libraries.
