摘要： 内蒙古图书馆开展的“我阅读 你买单，我的图书馆我做主”的“彩云服务”，通过与书 店合作，用颠覆性的理念和创新性的服务方式推动了全民阅读氛围和图书共享热潮的形成。本文 详述了“彩云服务”从“我阅读 你买单”的初级模式，经过移动平台的研发到彩云智能中转云柜 以及社会大藏书体系建设等渐趋完善的发展历程，介绍了内蒙古图书馆对“彩云服务”在发展过 程中所出现的采编馆员自身定位、图书借阅逾期以及馆藏体系破坏等问题上所采取的有效应对措 施，分析了“彩云服务”的普适性。

Abstract: With cooperation with bookstores, the Inner Mongolia Library implemented the “Colorful Cloud Service”, which makes the library patrons decide on the book acquisition. The innovative “I (readers) read, you (library) pay; I am decision-maker for my library” service philosophy promotes national reading and book sharing. This article describes the evolution, through R&D of mobile platform, from “Colorful Cloud Service”, the elementary model, to “Colorful Cloud Intelligent Relay Cloud Storage” and social collection system. It also introduces the effective measures adopted by the library to address issues such as the positioning of acquisition librarians, overdue books, and the destruction of the collection system in the process of “Colorful Cloud Service” development. Finally, it analyzes the universality of “Colorful Cloud Service”.
