虚拟文库学术成果数字化保存与服务的实证研究 ——以虚拟“重大文库”为例

An Empirical Study on the Digital Preservation and Application of Academic Achievements in Virtual Repositories: Based on the Virtual College Repository of Chongqing University

摘要: 分析以高校文库为主的学术成果在数字化保存与服务中存在的“资源类型单一、资源数 字化程度低、服务方式传统”等问题,提出深化文库资源的数字化保存与服务方式,以满足用户 对资源的开放存取及追求个性化服务的需求。同时以虚拟“重大文库”的建设为例,重点对虚拟 文库学术成果的选择原则、收集方法及保存模式进行研究,并将虚拟现实技术融入文库服务中, 为用户提供文库全景、虚拟展厅等服务,最后提出虚拟文库的价值及下一步发展设想。本研究改 善了目前文库学术成果“藏易用难”的问题,重点建设文库虚拟全景,为学术成果的展示、传播 及利用开拓了新的空间,以期为各高校虚拟文库学术成果的保存与服务提供参考。

Abstract: With the disadvantages of preservation and application of academic achievements getting more and more obvious, the traditional preservation and application system with single preservation, and low level of service and digital resource cannot meet people’s needs. The authors presented the method by integrating the digital service into the preservation and application process, to deepen the digital construction of the College Repository and satisfy the needs of individuation. This paper covers the selection principle, collection method and preservation mode of virtual library academic achievement, which were based on the virtual College Repository of Chongqing University. It establishes the panoramic display and virtual exhibition halls and proposes tentative ideas for the further development of the virtual College Repository of Chongqing University. The panoramic display and virtual exhibition halls of College Repository of Chongqing University demonstrates a new method for the exhibition, preservation and application of academic achievements, and solved the problem of “easy preservation but difficult application”.
