Abstract: Addressing the issues of low quality, high safety risk, low efficiency of organizing, and disorder during human library lending activities, the paper proposes the concept of “unit group management” , which is tested through the lending activities of the Yellow River Conservancy Technical Institute Library, and verified to achieve effective control of library activities, proving the basic theory and exemplary practices for scientific formulation of real library management system.
