摘要： ? 随着电子书标准的快速迭代更新，传统的DRM技术弊端频现，一种基于EPUB3.0的最新数字版权保护技术“轻度内容保护技术”在欧洲率先发布和应用，其利用许可证技术对内容进行双层保护，为图书馆提供更低成本的电子借阅模式，同时保障用户的隐私并优化阅读体验，有望解决电子书出版商、平台运营商和图书馆的版权问题。本文援引国外应用实例，以期为国内电子书版权保护和图书馆电子书借阅服务提供借鉴。

Abstract: With the iteratively updating of global e-book standards, the shortcomings of the traditional DRM technology are continuously revealed. A new digital copyright protection technology based on EPUB 3.0, “Lightweight Content Protection, LCP”, was first released and applied in Europe. It uses license technology to protect the content in the two layers, providing an e-lending mode of lower cost for the library, while protecting the privacy of users and optimizing their reading experience. It is expected to solve the copyright problems between e-book publishers, platform operators and libraries. This article cites the foreign data in order to provide reference for domestic e-book copyright protection and libraries’ e-lending service.
