基于自我决定理论的科研工作者知识利用行为机制与路径

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 科研工作者在知识利用过程中面临着内部动机和外部资源的匹配问题，基于利用情境的差异，其知识利用行为会发生相应的变化。基于自我决定理论，探究了科研工作者知识利用行为的形成机制和路径。在实证研究部分，选取中西部地区8所高校78个科研团队为研究样本，获取 526份有效问卷数据对研究模型进行了验证。研究结果显示，感知知识质量和感知知识声誉正向影响知识利用态度；主观规范正向影响知识利用意愿，群体规范对知识利用意愿无影响；知识利用态度正向影响知识利用意愿和知识利用行为，知识利用意愿正向影响知识利用行为；学术信息素养正向影响知识利用态度、意愿和行为。

Abstract: In the process of knowledge utilization, researchers are faced with the matching problem of internal motivation and external resources. Difference in utilization contexts will lead to difference in knowledge utilization behavior. Based on the self-determination theory, this research explores the formation mechanism and path of researchers’ knowledge utilization behavior. In the empirical study, 526 valid questionnaires were obtained from 78 scientific research teams in 8 universities in the central and western regions, and Smart PLS2.0 are applied to test the model. The results show that perceived knowledge quality and perceived knowledge reputation promote knowledge utilization attitude. Subjective norm impacts knowledge utilization intention whereas group norm has no impact on knowledge utilization intention. Knowledge utilization attitude positively influences knowledge utilization intention and knowledge utilization behavior, while knowledge utilization intention promotes knowledge utilization behavior. Academic information literacy has a positive effect on knowledge utilization attitude, intention and behavior.
