摘要/Abstract

摘要： 通过Web of Science、CNKI、ProQuest、中华数字书苑数据库和搜索引擎等第三方网站，采集截至2016年底的全球各大知名智库的学术影响力、知名度影响力和客观性数据。经过广泛调研，参照宾夕法尼亚大学《2015 Global Go To Think Tank Index Report》和中国社会科学院《全球智库评价报告（2015）》，秉承公开性、完整性、代表性的原则筛选出169家全球著名智库，从基本情况、学术影响力、知名度影响力和同行评议四个角度来采集数据。本数据集可以用于全球著名智库的发展分析和研究，也可以用于对智库的建设现状以及其对公共政策影响力的评估。

Abstract: t This paper uses Web of Science, CNKI, ProQuest, China Digital Library and other websites to collect data of world-renowned think tanks, including academic indicators, popularity indicators, as well as some objective data in 2016. After extensive research, and referencing 2015 Global Go To Think Tank Index Report published by University of Pennsylvania and Global Think Tank Evaluation Report published by Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, this paper selects 169 world-renowned think tanks with the principles of openness, integrity and representativeness. Then we collect data from four perspectives: basic situation, academic influence, popularity, and peer review. This dataset can be used for the analysis and research of famous think tanks around the world, and to assess the current status of think tanks as well as their impact on public policy
