摘要：

介绍了“你借书，我买单”读者自主借购系统概念、图书借购流程、体系架构、技术创新点和发展策略，重点探讨了图书馆业务管理系统、RFID自助借还系统、智慧云服务系统、书店（网上书城）管理系统，提出完善图书借购审核制度、构建“你借书，我买单”咨询服务平台、规范合作书店管理、引入市场竞争机制等建议。

Abstract:

This paper discusses the concept, process, platform architecture, innovation aspects and disadvantages of reader independent borrowing and purchasingsystem. This paper introduces particularly library management system, RFID self-service borrowing-returning system, smart-cloud service system and bookshop or online bookshop management system, and puts forward suggestions for perfecting borrowing and purchasing rules, reasonably planning collections structure, standardizing the management of cooperative bookshops and introducing competitive market mechanisms.
