摘要：
在应试教育普遍、乡村教育逐渐落后的情况下，学校图书馆的作用，尤其是其在教育方面的作用，正在被人们忽视。许多中小学的图书馆面临着资金不足、设备陈旧、利用率低等问题。面对这一状况，蓬勃发展的民间公益图书馆以其特有的活力与优势弥补了中小学图书馆的不足。本文以满天星公益图书馆为例，探讨了公益图书馆在教育方面对中小学图书馆以及乡村教育的支持。

Abstract:
Against the backdrop of the prevailing examination-oriented education and backward rural education, the function of school library, especially in terms of its educating function, is greatly neglected. Many school libraries are faced with the problems such as the insufficient funding, old equipment, and low utilization rate. The flourishing non-governmental libraries might make up the insufficiency of school libraries in this regard. Taking the Stars Public Library for example, this paper explores the nongovernmental libraries’ support for school libraries.
