摘要：
工作引导系统与普通的办公系统比较更具有智慧性。在图书馆开展大流通管理模式下，馆员的工作量日益增多，工作难度也随之加大，使用普通办公系统的局限性日益明显，并不会对图书馆工作效率和工作质量的提高有明显作用。现代化的管理模式需要现代化的管理工具作为支撑，此时构建工作引导系统，由系统引导馆员有序进行工作，能够对大流通管理模式下各项服务的开展起到良好的管理作 用。

Abstract:
The workguidance system is smarter than common office system. In the library circulation management mode, librarian workload is increasing, and the work difficulty is increased too. The limitations of the use of common office system is becoming more and more obvious, resulting decreased work efficiency and improve the quality of the library daily work. The modern management mode needs support from modern management tools, with which, the librarian work can be implementedin an orderly manner, and each task under the big circulation management mode can be well managed.
