从量的发展到质的提升：研究图书馆的新课题

摘要：

研究图书馆是一个国家或地区知识力的象征。研究图书馆的成功转型不仅对整个图书馆事业发展具有示范意义，而且将对经济、社会、文化、教育等的整体发展带来深刻影响和推动作用。本文试图从战略发展重心、重新认识馆藏、外文资源采购、教学参考书系统、能动性学习空间、学科服务转型、技术人员地位、研究数据管理、数字人文以及机构重组等十个方面对国际上与研究图书馆目前进展有关的热门话题进行一番梳理和分析，同时结合本国实际，提出一些思考和建议。

Abstract:

Research Libraries are the symbol of the power of knowledge of a country or area. The success of transformation of the research libraries can be of great benefit to the librarianship on the whole and also of a great push to the development of economy, society, culture and education. The article gives a general view of the hot topics of the research libraries concerning the strategic planning, collection development, acquisitions of foreign materials, reading list system, active learning commons, transformation of subject services, position of technical staff, research data management, digital humanity and organizational restructure, and puts forward some ideas and suggestion in combination of the national reality.
