本研究选取美国、英国、澳大利亚、新加坡和中国各自最具有代表性的国家级政府数据公开网络平台作为具体研究对象，从政府公开数据特征、政府公开数据管理、政府公开数据利用途径三个方面对不同国家政府数据公开网络平台的建设情况进行比较分析。研究归纳总结了不同平台的建设经验，并总结了国内平台在应用程序、开放API等数据利用途径建设方面的不足，为国内平台的不断建设完善提出了可供参考的建 议。

Abstract:
The research selects the most representative national open government data network platforms of U.S.A., U.K., Australia, Singapore and China as samples, and analyzes their features, management and utilization. The research summarizes the construction experience of different network platforms, identifies the weakness of domestic network platforms in terms of applications and open API, and propounds some suggestions for reference.
