摘要：
浙江云和图书馆发掘本地“木制玩具”这一社会资源，应用于图书馆的儿童阅读推广工作。图书馆在服务儿童图书阅读的工作中，以“木制玩具”启发儿童的兴趣，激发他们的图书阅读愿望，在“玩与读”的切换中，快乐地认知世界。童趣盎然、寓教于乐的活动方式让儿童们乐意亲近童话故事，关注中外文化经典，探索了图书馆面向儿童阅读的服务创新途径。

Abstract:
This paper introduces Yunhe library talent prize. It summarizes the characteristics of the award,advocates the use of such incentive mechanism for the Children Reading promotion, and identifies the strategic significance of the mechanism to highlight the function of library in reading service innovation.
