自媒体被越来越多的读者所青睐,采取网络投诉渠道者也越来越多,图书馆面临着一定的挑战。本文分析了当代图书馆服务的网络信息环境,记述了多种类型的投诉及其对馆员的影响,梳理了图书馆提高网络投诉应对技能的对策。

Abstract:

Since we-media is increasingly favored by readers, who now resort to the Internet as channels to file complaints, library is facing some challenges. This paper analyzes the Internet environment for contemporary library services, describes several types of complaints and their impacts on librarians, as well as putting forth strategies to address such complaints.
