Quality Control of Open Online Encyclopedia for Library Knowledge Service

摘要:

开放式网络百科信息因为其独有的特点,能够和馆藏资源形成良好补充,共同为图书馆知识服务提供资源保障,本文研究了利用开放式网络百科进行图书馆知识服务时的质量控制问题。论文首先阐述了开放式网络百科信息在学术和日常搜索中的利用情况,并结合其特点构建了基于知识服务流程的质量控制框架,然后分别从开放式网络百科的信息质量、图书馆应用质量和服务质量三个方面对其进行探讨,并给出了相关制度以保障质量控制方案的顺利实施。本研究对于图书馆进一步整合更大范围内的网络资源同样具有参考价值。

Abstract:

Because of its unique characteristics, open online encyclopedic can be a good complement to the library resources for the library knowledge service. This paper studies the problems of quality control of open online encyclopedic information for the purpose. Firstly, it describes the use of online encyclopedia and builds the quality control framework based on its characteristics. It continues to analyze from three perspectives including information quality, library application quality and knowledge service. Lastly, it proposes regulations to guarantee the quality control process. This study also has important reference value for library to further integrate a wider range of network resources.
