摘要：

根据中文图书编目数据实例，从编目人员的客观和主观两个角度，分析中文图书编目数据中出版社著录不规范的原因。结合Interlib系统编目数据审校工作实践，利用EXCEL电子表格功能，提出从馆藏书目数据中筛选出版社数据，与Interlib系统的出版社数据库进行比较，从而快速找出著录不规范的出版社编目数据并及时加以更正。

Abstract:

According to the Chinese books cataloging data and from the perspective of cataloguers, the leading causes of the non-standard descriptions by the publishers are analyzed in detail. In response to the problems, we should combine the experience of Interlib system catalog data review, take advantage of EXCEL spreadsheet function, collect the filter press data from library bibliographic data, and compare them with Interlib system press library data. In this way, we can quickly search for the catalog data of nonstandard descriptions of publishers as well as correcting them timely.
