中外机构知识库的差异分析

摘要：

通过中外机构知识库的案例对比分析，指出中外机构知识库在国情观念、政策机制、资金管理、软件功能、建设模式、运行效果、出版评价、服务方向等方面存在很大差异，从而明确了机构知识库的发展方向，即构建符合中国特色需求，彰显教学科研支撑服务的新一代机构知识库，为学科建设、教学评估、人才评价、科研绩效、决策分析提供很好的参考依据，真正实现从典藏型向知识型、服务型机构知识库的转变。

Abstract:

Through case study of Chinese and foreign institutional repositories, the paper points out the big difference between Chinese and foreign institutional repositories in terms of concept, policy, fund management, software functions, construction mode, operation efficiency, publishing evaluation and service orientation, thus making clear the development direction of institutional repository. It hopes to build a new generation of institutional repository that meets the demand of the Chinese characteristics, and provides supportive services for teaching and research. It wishes to provide a good reference for discipline construction, teaching evaluation, talent evaluation, research performance and decision-making analysis, and to help truly realize the transformation from the collection type to the knowledge, service-oriented institutional repository.
