Abstract:

At all times in all countries, policy makers seek help from books when they make decision.Through case studies, the author tells us why leaders should read, how to squeeze time for reading, and what to read. This paper suggests that leaders must read more and read good books, and at the same time,share books with team members, so as to promote social progress.
