针对全国图书馆联合编目中心26种重复书目数据，分析题名含非中文字符著录差异的原
因，探讨此类字符的规范著录方法，以提高有关编目数据的著录质量。

Abstract:

In accordance with the 26 types of duplicate records of OLCC, the paper analyses the reasons
of different descriptions of titles containing non-Chinese characters, and explores description standards to
avoid the problem so as to improve the quality of bibliographic cataloging data.
