“Internet + Public Library”：The Service Innovation and the Transformation Development

Abstract:

“Internet+”action plan is put forward, pointed out the direction of the transformation of society in various fields development for our country, public libraries also ushered in the unprecedented development opportunity.This paper reviewed the research progress of “Internet + public library”, and through to the public library in the “internet + service” “internet + forecast” “internet + governance”three levels of typical cases discussion, put forward the reshape thinking, training talents, crossborder fusion, the top-level design of the strategy of the transformation development of the public library.
