Abstract:

By introducing those important measures taken by IFLA in the international arena in recent years, as well as the history of Chinese libraries participating in the IFLA events and programs, this article intends to analyze and explore the great possibility of Chinese libraries participating in IFLA in future.Meanwhile, it also provides cooperative suggestions in various aspects, such as how to effectively apply and hold the IFLA Annual Meeting and participate in the IFLA Core Program.
