Abstract: New technological revolution continues to promote the development of information in 21st century. Library, as an important part of information industry, had already introduced a variety of new technologies which improve library services. This paper introduces an analysis of library IT application trends using research methods such as expert surveys and literature research. The analysis first determines the scope of important technologies is used or to be used in library, then analysis the application trends through feasibility study, study on the effect and prospect of service, and finally depicts the roadmap of these technologies development in Library using Hyper Cycle method.
